Factory Direct Spas started in 1999 when an opportunity presented to open the store right next door to Tropical Sunrooms in London. Tropical Sunrooms was founded in 1988 and is also owned by the Dyck family. Today Factory direct spas in still family owned and operated even though the company has grown to multiple locations across south & mid-western Ontario .
