The Wellness Institute provides the community with services that promote health, prevent illness, disability, and restore wellness of body, mind, and spirit. The concept of wellness has always been central to the philosophy of Seven Oaks General Hospital. In 1992, the groundwork was laid for the development of a wellness centre with the commencement of a series of feasibility studies. Based on the positive feedback received from the community residents, businesses, staff, and volunteers at Seven Oaks General Hospital, which strongly endorsed the concept of a health and wellness centre, the erection of the Wellness Institute become reality.
