United Way will ensure that community resources are invested in organizations and programs that address current and emerging needs. It will ensure optimal flexiblity is provided through a variety of granting methods. Priorities for allocating resources will be developed through an open process in collaboration with the community. Dollars will be invested in a manner that maintains an appropriate balance between ensuring continuity of services over the long term and supporting services addressing new and emerging priorities.
