Created in 1999, the Quartier international de Montréal (QIM) is a non-profit organization that sprung from the desire of the Montréal community, under the leadership of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, to give the city a prestigious district of world caliber: the QIM project. Praised by local and international communities, the project and the QIM organization have already earned several awards and distinctions.
