Creative Balance
Creative Balance offers corporate workshops and seminars focusing on employee and workplace wellness, balance and empowerment. Through personal reflection participants reflect on habitual patterns and develop more insight into ways of being that are not empowering or getting them what they want in life. I teach yoga using a style influenced by Eastern traditions with an active style that focuses on body mechanics, proper alignment and opening to the divine.
