Ms. Norrish has been involved in the conference, seminar, and event planning business since 1980. As Director of Humber College's Conference & Seminar Services, she built the department into a $2.6 million operation, managing 150 programs with 10,000 participants annually. In this capacity, she worked with numerous North American associations to plan and manage their annual conferences and special events.
